CASE STUDY: DISNEY PIXAR - THE GOOD DINO PREMIER

In an effort to increase awareness of The Good Dino premier, Disney partnered with The Social Standard in a two part collaboration. The first part of the campaign sent 2 Snapchat influencers to Pixar for a full behind the scenes tour on the making of the Good Dino. Influencers captured Pixar, the animation & voice over process and more! The second half of the partnership was around the promotion of Dino Week leading up to the premiere where influencers celebrated their love for Dinos in a variety of different ways on both Instagram & Snapchat.

    WHAT THEY DID RIGHT:

    1. The Right Influencers - Each influencer created content in their own unique style which aligned perfectly with the brand. For example, Snapchat artists known for their drawings taught their followers how to draw the Dino’s. This was both interactive and organic.

    2. Buzz Creation - Influencers promoted #DinoWeek to once again get their audience excited for the premier.

    3. Experience - The influencers had such a great experience touring Pixar and creating fun content that they willingly exceeded the requirements. Due to a great experience, the influencers added 880,000+ impressions which included 3 additional Instagram posts, and 84 additional Snapchats.
